In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams chicken breast, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix it well. 2. Marinate for 1 hour. 3. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams peanut butter, 25 milliliters lemon juice, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
